Welcome to the professional services website of Vishal Sharma (Founder of DEVLAYERS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED). By accessing or requesting our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Digital Development Services
We provide custom software engineering services, including Web Development (React, Next.js, PHP), Mobile Applications (Flutter), and SaaS Dashboard systems. Scope of work is detailed in individual project agreements or invoices.
2. Project Milestones & Cooperation
Clients agree to cooperate in a timely manner by supplying assets, access configurations, and review feedback as required. Deliverables are approved in writing or via structured milestones before final deployment/handover.
3. Intellectual Property Transfer
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, all custom code, assets, and databases built specifically for the client are transferred to client ownership upon receipt of 100% full project payment. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
4. Liability Limitations
We build products using high-performance industry standards. However, we are not liable for business profits loss, server outages, third-party database breaches, or unexpected breaking changes to external APIs (such as Google Maps, WhatsApp Business APIs, or payment gateways) occurring after handover.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any digital project agreements are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
